When should I take classes?

 

Ideally, you should complete the class series by your 37th week of pregnancy. I like to have couples take classes sooner than later so they have more time to practice labor coping and relaxation techniques. However, it is never too late to take classes.

The father of my baby will not be able to come; can I bring someone else to class?

 

Yes! Bring someone who will accompany you in labor. This could be your mother, aunt, sister, friend, etc.

What should I bring to class?

 

You should wear comfortable clothing, as we will be practicing labor positions and relaxation techniques. You should also bring 1-2 pillows, an exercise ball (if you have one), and snacks. Water will be provided.
