Comprehensive Classes for Pregnancy, Childbirth and Beyond
From our in person, small group classes to online based classes, our goal is to provide parents with the necessary tools to be informed and confident during their pregnancy, birthing and parenting experience. Read below to learn more about the classes we offer!
Prepared Childbirth Group Classes
The Prepared Childbirth series is an experiential, interactive class underlining every woman's instinctive knowledge of how to give birth. Involving education, exploration of feelings and hand on practice this class will thoroughly prepare you for late pregnancy, birth, and parenting. The class is held in a group setting that offers the opportunity to interact with other couples and learn from their experiences and perspectives.
Online Based Classes
We will soon be offering online based class to provide parents the opportunity to become informed in the comfort of their own home and at their own pace. Classes include, Healthy Pregnancy Basics, Prepared Childbirth Classes and Advanced Labor Coping Skills. We plan to launch our online based classes early 2015.
